My name is Ambria, and I am currently a student at Indiana University Indianapolis. I enjoy working in collaborative, people-centered environments and value organization, communication, and empathy in my work. Through a mix of academic, internship, and leadership experiences, I have grown more confident in my ability to adapt, problem-solve, and support others. I am excited to continue developing both personally and professionally as I move forward in my career.
Why Health Services Management?
I chose Health Services Management because it allows me to impact healthcare beyond direct clinical care. I am especially interested in how systems, programs, and operations affect patient outcomes and experiences. This major gives me the tools to understand healthcare organizations from an administrative perspective while still staying closely connected to patient needs, education, and community health.
