Work Experience
Serving as a Supervisor at the Cass County Carousel gave me hands-on leadership experience in overseeing daily operations and supporting both staff and guests. This role strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and team management skills in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
Early Internship Experience
My internship with the ECHO Center provided me with long-term, hands-on experience in program coordination and operational support within a healthcare-focused organization. Over two years, I developed strong organizational, communication, and process-improvement skills while contributing to meaningful programs and initiatives.
Student Organizations
My involvement in student organizations has helped me grow as a leader and team member. Through participating in events and leadership activities, I have strengthened my collaboration and communication skills. These experiences have also taught me the value of engagement, responsibility, and professional development outside the classroom.
