I interned with the ECHO Center during my time at the university, where I supported program coordination and operational activities within a healthcare-focused organization. This experience gave me behind-the-scenes exposure to how health programs are planned, implemented, and improved to better serve communities.

My responsibilities as an intern at the ECHO Center included:

• Assisting with program coordination, scheduling, and logistics

• Supporting data collection, documentation, and basic process improvement efforts

• Communicating with staff and program participants

• Helping prepare materials and support day-to-day operations

Through this internship, I developed strong organizational and teamwork skills while also gaining experience in healthcare operations and program support. ​
